Haliç Sütlüce Neighborhood Urban Regeneration

• Negotiated, prepared and executed the agreement processes with the urban regeneration existing stakeholders, signing 100% of the stakeholders, while the regulation took conformity in signing 60% of stakeholders
• Managed of agreement with municipality according to the law 6306 urban regeneration,
• Find out best project for the land and make it acceptable by the ministry,
• Conceptualized and organized the architectural competition of ‘Haliçenazır Project’,there were 4 architecture companies,which were from different countries.
• Created a first of its kind project in the country, where the common practice in gated communities in urban regeneration projects, where the designs intended to reconstruct a whole neighbourhood from scratch, staying loyal to  historic and architectural texture of the local area, not only benefiting the direct stakeholders but the whole local community.
• Managed communications with different institutions,coordination of development plan revisions with the ministry of urbanism and environment.
• It was the first project in Turkey which was signed by 100% of stakeholders.
• And also it was the first partnership regeneration project with german&turkish companies
